Rebecca is a Reiki Master Practitioner located near Winnipeg just 20 minutes north of the perimeter in Lockport, MB. Rebecca has the unique ability to sense your energy, in a manner that is similar to the quantum entanglement phenomenon. She experiences the visceral effect of your energy on her nervous system. This ability helps her pinpoint where your energy is blocked; she guides you through an education process to acknowledge and release those blockages. TRUST is the foundation of every relationship; gaining and keeping your trust is her number one priority as it is the key to a successful session. Your privacy is what gives you the confidence to feel secure in her sacred space and release; everything in your sessions is 100% confidential.

In 2008, a friend performed Reiki on Rebecca, triggering visions and memories from her past. This experience deepened her self-discovery work. After years of reading numerous self help books, speaking with psychologists and trying different healing modalities; it seemed Reiki was the most effective. After her friend moved away, Rebecca sought out different Reiki practitioners. When Rebecca started working with Reiki Master Teacher Julie Desmarais, she remained a loyal client and found continued success discovering energetic blocks, healing past traumas, connecting with her inner child and began healing/understanding generational trauma.

In 2018, Rebecca started her own Reiki certification with Julie, who is the founder of Julie Desmarais & Associates in Ottawa.

In 2023, Rebecca became a Reiki Master Practitioner. She combines her Usui Holographic Reiki training with her own unique method to create a personalized experience during each session.

Rebecca believes that instead of looking outside of ourselves for the answers, we each have the power to heal and transform within us. In addition to our daily stressors, unhealed trauma can be the root of many physical & mental illnesses. There is plenty of scientific evidence that shows that trauma is stored in our cells, it is even believed that it can be passed down through our ancestors DNA. Unhealed trauma can manifest itself physically causing disease. Her goal is to help you learn to "experience" your energy and tap into your own abilities so that you become your own master; trusting your own inner compass. She creates a safe & sacred space for you to feel comfortable to connect to your own inner wisdom and help you on your transformation journey. She often incorporates crystals, singing bowls, tuning forks, and oracle cards to assist her in her healing practice.

Reiki may help with insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety, and pain; by calming your nervous system. Transformation of your energy may include; emotional release, removal of energy blocks, reduction of pain perception, relaxation, beginning or deepening your meditation practice, learning transmutation, understanding totems/imagery & more!
